01:         The number header lines including line 01
02:         Header format version; now version number 3.0 while it includes the new header lines called 'Dim' and 'DATA LINES'
03:         Data version
04:         Instrument name
05:  Latitude and longitude of the instrument, if not relevant 0, 0
06:         Elevation of the instrument above the ground
07:         Starting date and time of the data
08:         Ending date and time of the data
09:         The dimension of the data
10:         The number of datalines (excluding Y info line 21)
11:         Info about the time axis of the data: number of timeperiods
              start time, stop time (both decimal), 'Time', 'hrs(UTC)'
12-14:         Info about the data: number of data bins, starting value, ending value,
             'variable name', 'unit'
15:         The number of variables used in the data
16:         Description of the variable: 'name', 'unit', number of columns
17:         Line marking the beginning of the comment lines
18 - 20:  Comment lines
21:         Line marking the end of the header, lines hereafter are not included in the header line count
22:         data bins of the last dimension
23-24:         Following the lines of decimal time, second dimension, third dimension and variable data
